January - Personal Development

Welcome back. I hope your holiday was restful. I hope you sat by a fire, ate cookies, looked out the window at the snow, and reflected on love and light and joy.

New Year, New You! 2026 is MY year!

Some of us are tired of these phrases used by large companies to market products that make you healthy, organized, taller, more beautiful, and generally fix everything!! Wal-Mart always puts out a bunch of health, wellness, exercise, and home organization products along with every other retailer during this time.

However, we must admit, the few days off we get for the holidays can be a good time to sit and reflect. Also, endings. Endings make us think of the beginnings. Did we do anything this year? What happened this year? Did it have to be that way? Did we do good things? Did we make bad choices? What worked? What didn’t work?

Instead of making unrealistic goals (we love goals, we WILL be making lots of goals), we are going to use January to slow down a little bit. Before we form goals and start working hard, where do we want to go? What is important this year?

The four things that have helped me understand myself, set a vision, and have a better experience setting goals are:

1. Journaling

2. Reading

3. Therapy

4. Manifesting

Block some time out for reflection, join me by using these tools to help connect to yourself.

I look forward to discussing these with you!
