April - Time in Nature
To celebrate Spring, I will be writing about connecting with nature for the month of April. Spring inspires me by showing me the rebirth and growth of plants and animals. In the Kansas City area, we are blessed with baby bunnies in Spring. What a joy! I love watching the plants come up and enjoy the rain and sunshine. Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, enhance focus, lower blood pressure and improve sleep. So many benefits! This month I will share ideas for spending more time in nature and explaining the scientific and spiritual benefits of being outside with our plant and animal friends.
