June Topic is Anti-Racism

Wow we are already back to June! This June we are saying even more on the importance of diversity and our work to make the world a better place for ALL people.

But I thought we were building a full rich life? I thought I was suppose to make MY life better? This doesn’t apply to ME?

Well, honey, I love you and you need to hear the truth: it applies to everyone. Maya Angelou said “The truth is, no one of us can be free until everybody is free.”

If people who are unlike you or unlike the majority can face harm, discrimination, obstacles, violence, and lack of access, then that means we are all vulnerable to harm, discrimination, obstacles, violence, and lack of access. If it can be taken from someone, it can be taken from me.

We are all connected and spiritual beings. If my neighbor suffers, I suffer. If my neighbor thrives, then I thrive. Everyone is my neighbor.

I love you, and you need to hear the truth.
